TPS is an architectural and design practice based in Neath Abbey, South Wales, serving clients across Neath, Swansea and throughout South Wales. We are a multidisciplinary practice working across architecture, town planning and urban design, delivering projects ranging from major developments and masterplanning to smaller-scale residential and design interventions.

We enjoy the challenges that every project brings, whether working within tight budgets and timescales, responding to complex planning requirements, or finding creative solutions to projects with multiple constraints. Our approach is practical, collaborative and focused on achieving high-quality design outcomes for our clients.

Our planning expertise includes planning applications, planning advice, planning enforcement matters and planning appeals. We have particular experience assisting clients in resolving planning issues, responding to enforcement action and preparing and supporting appeals where planning permission has been refused or other planning decisions are disputed.

We work with a wide range of clients, including private homeowners, landowners, small-scale developers, house builders, large organisations and charitable organisations. Our architectural, planning and urban design experience covers a diverse range of projects and sites across South Wales.

Many of our projects have been located within some of South Wales' most distinctive and sensitive landscapes and townscapes, including the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Gower Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This experience has given us a strong understanding of the relationship between architecture, planning, landscape and the character of existing places.
